Service Description
Capture the holiday spirit in the magicadowntown Conway. This session includes visits to 2-3 iconic locations across town to ensure a Hallmark-inspired backdrop for your family portraits. You will receive 25 professionally edited high-resolution photos. Location - city hall building downtown Conway 229 N Main St, Conway, SC 29526 The remainder ($125) is due the date of your session & can be paid with cash, check (made out to kelly matthews), or venmo @kellymariephotography
Cancellation Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due the day of your session. Cash and Venmo are accepted for the remaining balance. If you need to cancel, you may request to reschedule your session to another available date, and your deposit can be transferred to the new date. If you choose not to reschedule or are unable to find a date that works, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit will only be refunded if the photographer has to cancel the session. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early! Downtown Conway can be especially busy during the holiday season, so please allow extra time for traffic and parking. These sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and staying on time is important to keep the experience running smoothly for every family. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened, and the photographer reserves the right to cancel the session if the lateness significantly impacts the schedule.
